slow elevator artificial eggs
The room felt cramped, limiting movement and storage. The soundproofing was subpar. Street noise disrupted sleep. I specifically disliked the slow elevator. Waiting became frustrating. The breakfast selection was uninspired, lacking fresh options. The scrambled eggs tasted artificial. these issues detracted from the experience. I expected more.

The room had a desk and enough closet space. The hotel is in a very central location. You can easily walk to many attractions (I walked to the Trevi fountain).
The breakfast lacked flavor. The scrambled eggs tasted like plastic. The room was frequently not cleaned by 4pm.

central gem!
wonderful staff great location quiet hotel
Andres and the breakfast staff were particularly wonderful. he helped whenever we asked and always with a smile! breakfast included scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, rolls and cakes. i highly recommend this hotel. It's a rare find with a great location and quiet for sleeping.
the hotel is on the fourth and fifth floors of the building. access was quite difficult. the elevator is tiny, only fitting two people with small carry-on luggage.

the room features thoughtful details, like a light that turns on when you open the closet mirror door. there are also places to hang towels and usb inputs next to the bed. this ensures guests have convenient access to essential amenities.

the hotel is very close to the via del corso, which has many shops. it is within 5-10 minutes of the trevi fountain. other sites include the spanish steps, the pantheon, and piazza navona, all very close.

modern room central location
I had a quadruple room. It was quite modern! the staff arranged travel back to the airport with no problems. breakfast featured many food and beverage options. the location was central to most attractions too.
the internet was frequently offline.

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location
prime location taxi stand helpful staff transportation advice
The hotel's location was excellent. I found it easy to reach many attractions. A taxi stand nearby proved useful. The staff were helpful. They offered great advice about local transportation. Breakfast included tasty cornetti with cream. Andrea was very available for requests.
The small elevator could only accommodate two people with small carry-on luggage, or one person with two medium suitcases.

The room was cleaned daily. I also noticed the location was super quiet at night when sleeping. The windows blocked almost all outside noise when closed.

Breakfast was very satisfying. I ordered a beautifully made cappuccino every morning with my breakfast. The staff promptly delivered food to the rooftop garden. I enjoyed eating there.
